Tech Project Management Internship

As Tech Project Management Intern, you’ll support our Integrations & Project Manager.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will dedicate part of your time to tech project management, ensuring that all our new products and tools meet the highest standards, and part to integration project management, helping different companies (Jewels) to join the Eterniti umbrella.

Tech Project Management:

• Project execution:
  • Engage in early-stage testing to guarantee our project outcomes not only meet but exceed quality expectations, adhering closely to set timelines and goals.

• Post project:
  • Lead the effort in writing up guides and detailed instructions on how our tools work and how they should be used.
  • Provide valuable feedback and innovative ideas for ongoing enhancements, helping us elevate our technological projects.

• Some of the projects you will be involved in are:
  • You'll contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Help refine our in-house tools like the Guest Online Check-in and Owner’s App, ensuring they’re better than ever in each update.
  • Work on automating processes across the company, increasing efficiency across the board.

• Process Mapping & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and evaluate business processes of newly acquired companies, ensuring the smooth adoption of Eterniti’s integration model.
• Solution Implementation Support: Assist in tailoring and rolling out customized integration solutions that align with company standards and operational goals.
• Strategic Partner to Project Management: Serve as a key support to the Integrations Project Manager by identifying ongoing needs of acquired companies and contributing to effective, scalable solutions.
• Roadmap Documentation & Communication: Develop, organize, and maintain the Integrations Roadmap, facilitating transparent communication and project alignment among all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement & Tracking: Monitor progress of integration activities, provide status updates, and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and overall integration performance.

KEY INFORMATION ON THE INTERNSHIP

• Internship start: January 2026
• You’ll get 6 days of paid vacation during your internship
• We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week - the rest of the time, it's up to you
• Paid internship: 750€/month
• The recruitment process is the following:
  • Step 1: screening call for selected candidates
  • Step 2: case study
  • Step 3: video interview with our Integrations & Project Manager
  • Step 4: reference check
     

ABOUT YOU

The must-haves:

• You are currently enrolled in or have just finished your studies; we are offering a becario, i.e. an agreement between the university, yourself and Emerald Stay
• You have at least 6 months of experience in a working environment, preferably in English
• You have impeccable speaking and writing skills in English
• You are comfortable with changes - things may evolve quickly as Emerald Stay is a fast growing company
• You are tech-savvy
• You can work well independently and have a strong team spirit
• You have a can-do attitude and are solutions oriented
• You are eligible to work in Spain without visa sponsorship

Strongly preferred:

• You are fluent in French and/or Spanish

The nice-to-haves:

• You have a previous work experience in project management, ideally in tech
• You have worked in hospitality
