We're looking for a Revenue Manager to join our international prop-tech team at our headquarters in Barcelona. We want a Jack or Jill of All Trades who is thrilled to experience entrepreneurship and has a love for data, real estate and all things innovative.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 

  • Work closely with the Head of Distribution & Revenue Management to onboard new properties and update the existing portfolio across distribution channels
  • Assist in the pricing strategies for existing and new markets for both online and offline distribution
  • Competitive benchmarking, market analysis and research
  • Provide pricing recommendations for new properties
  • Data extraction, blending, report creation and analysis
  • Rate and restriction loading through PMS and Revenue Management systems
  • Assist in design and creation of Revenue Management dashboards and cross system analysis
 

KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION

  • Employment start: beginning of October
  • Indefinite contract with a 4-month probation period
  • Position based in Barcelona, at a coworking space in Poblenou
  • Hybrid work policy: Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the office / totally up to you the rest of the week (remote work or at the office)
  • The application journey has 4 key steps:

    • Step 2: case study
    • Step 3: video interview with our Head of Distribution & Revenue Management
    • Step 4: reference check


ABOUT YOU

The must-haves:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management or working in a hotel sales & revenue management department
  • Preferably a degree in hospitality management, alternatively in business management
  • You have an analytical mind
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You are eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to Barcelona
  • You are proficient in Excel (will be tested)

The nice-to-haves:

  • You are knowledgeable about partnerships with travel agencies
  • You have advanced presentation skills and are comfortable presenting data and findings in front of a some audience (5-10 people)
  • You have a strong interest in start-ups and technology
  • You speak French and/or Spanish proficiency
