We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-led Head of B2B Sales to lead and accelerate revenue growth through third-party agencies, tour operators, and strategic partners globally for Bo House.

Reporting into the CEO of Bo House and the CCO of Eterniti group this is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving B2B performance across Bo House, while ensuring the brand becomes the partner of choice for luxury travel agents worldwide.

A critical component of this role is representing Bo House at the world’s leading luxury travel trade shows and industry events, positioning the brand as a top-tier, must-work-with partner for luxury travel professionals.

This role will primarily lead all B2B sales activity, owning agency relationships, developing new markets, managing the commercial pipeline, and delivering against annual revenue targets. The role will also require delivering B2C sales when required. 

Key Objectives

  • Position Bo House as a top-tier luxury B2B brand
  • Deliver sustained B2B revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Execute the B2B sales strategy for Bo House set by the CEO and CCO, aligned with wider group commercial goals.
  • Own and deliver against annual B2B sales targets.
  • Lead the commercial expansion of Bo House across priority international markets.
  1. B2B Partnerships & Key Account Management
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with luxury travel agents, tour operators, and strategic partners worldwide.
  • Negotiate preferred partnerships, commercial agreements, and long-term contracts.
  • Implement a structured key account management framework to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  1. New Business Development
  • Proactively identify and develop new B2B opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Open new agency networks and premium distribution channels for Bo House.
  1. Sales Operations, Pipeline & Performance
  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Implement and optimise sales systems and processes to drive visibility and accountability.
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise strategy to exceed targets.
  1. Brand Representation
  • Act as a senior brand ambassador for Bo House at key global tradeshows, industry events, agency activations, and private client engagements.
  • Strengthen Bo House’s visibility and reputation across the international luxury travel trade.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to align sales messaging and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless end-to-end client and partner journey.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, service, and personalisation at every touchpoint.
     

Availability & Travel

As a senior commercial role within a luxury hospitality business, flexibility is essential. The Head of B2B Sales must be available across global time zones during peak booking periods and able to travel internationally to develop and maintain key relationships.
 

Experience & Profile

  • Proven senior B2B sales leadership experience within luxury travel and hospitality
  • Established international network within the luxury travel trade
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partnership development experience
  • Data-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management capability
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Highly credible with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth-facing partners
  • Fluency in English and French
