We’re looking for a Destination Coordinator in Verbier to work for both brands : Emerald Stay and Verbier Exclusive. As a Destination Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of operations, client satisfaction, and relationships with our suppliers and service providers in this destination. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: 

RESPONSABILITIES

AT VERBIER EXCLUSIVE: 

Reports to: Ruaridh Wightman, General Manager
 

  • Timesheets for the Verbier Exclusive team: approximately 1 day a week, then every month be responsible for all team members signing them. 
  • Tourist Tax: half a day a week making sure all tourist taxes are completed for all Verbier Exclusive properties.
  • Other admin tasks in Verbier Exclusive Office as and when needed, for example checking invoices (laundry invoices, phone bills, bakery invoices, etc).

AT EMERALD STAY: 
Reports to: Gener Arenas, Head of Field Operations, Switzerland & Spain

Guest Relationship Management:

  • Coordination of specific preparation needs for the upcoming stays, based on our Property Management System: VIP treatment, birthday cake, etc.
  • Visiting guests and promoting cultural activities of the region, preferably genuine and off-the-beaten-path recommendations.
  • Upsell of extra services for guests: private transfers, massages, at-home chefs, etc.
  • Intervention in case of guest emergency: exceptional inability to access the property for example.
  • Tourist Tax: making sure all tourist taxes are completed for all Emerald Stay properties.


Quality and Operations Management:

  • Inspections of properties prior to check-ins and after check-outs.
  • Possibly remove the linen from the beds upon check-out and place them in laundry bags, so our laundry provider can easily remove them.
  • Property cleaning coordination with the external cleaning companies ; continuous training of the cleaners to meet our demanding standards.
  • Management of the linen inventory as well as hospitality products: welcome gifts, bathroom amenities, coffee capsules, sponges, etc.
  • Property management in coordination with external providers (wood provider, electrician, plumber, etc); we strive to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and coordination of all short and longer term maintenance work.
  • Recommendations on the optimization of operational processes.


KEY DETAILS OF THE POSITION

  • Position dates: December 2025 to April 2026, with the possibility of extending the collaboration long-term.
  • Full-time seasonal contract.
  • Position based in Verbier.
  • Driver’s license and personal vehicle required (travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Competitive fixed monthly salary plus monthly performance-based bonus.
  • Working hours and days vary, including weekends.

  • A proven experience in 4* or 5* hotel operations, in front office, or guest relations.
  • Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and innovation in the sector.
  • A degree from a hospitality school is a plus.
  • Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good stress management and maturity.
  • Flexible, open-minded, and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in French and English.
