Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. We operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4* brand), Bo House (our 5* & palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (20 chalets in Verbier).

We manage a portfolio of hundreds of properties from approximately 200 owners. Our Owner Relations department comprises 5 permanent team members and is growing. As our project management intern, you’ll be supporting this department in everything related to the onboardings of new Emerald Stay properties, owner relations as well as other projects related to our portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Property Onboarding:

  • Support the Owner Relations department in onboarding new properties from a technology perspective, ensuring seamless integration across all systems and platforms.
  • Manage the addition of property data to various files and processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal databases.
  • Make sure that the property information is constantly updated in our databases; including our internal systems, website and online partner agencies 

Collaboration and Project Participation:

  • You will be welcome to make suggestions to keep improving our onboarding experience and you will be involved. 
  • Participate in owner experience-related projects, contributing ideas and suggestions to improve the overall owner onboarding journey.
  • Depending on your bandwidth and interest, assist in other cross departments' projects.

KEY INFORMATION ON THE INTERNSHIP 

  • Employment start: May 2025
  • Duration of the internship: at least 5 months
  • Paid internship: 600€/month for a full-time internship
  • 10 days of vacation during the internship (for a 6-month period)
  • Office address: Talent Garden coworking - Carrer de Ramon Turró 169A, Barcelona.
  • Workdays are from Monday to Friday.
  • We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week - the rest of the time, it's up to you.

ABOUT YOU 

The must-haves: 

  • You are currently enrolled in or have just finished your studies; we are offering a becario, i.e. an agreement between the university, yourself and Emerald Stay.
  • You are detail-oriented, open-minded and positive. 
  • You can multitask and prioritize. 
  • You have a can-do attitude and are flexible. 
  • You have at least 6 months of experience in a work environment. 
  • You speak and write English fluently. 
  • Your computer skills are excellent. 
  • Eligible to work in the EU. 

The nice-to-haves: 

  • You speak Spanish or French 
  • You are in your last year of studies and consider a full-time role after the internship.
  • You are familiar with premium hospitality or vacation rentals 
  • You think outside the box and always have creative ideas. 
  • Familiarity with property management systems and hospitality technology is a plus.
