Luderna is part of Emerald Stay, a distinguished hospitality company specialising in the management of exclusive rental properties and offering à la carte premium hotel services. Launched in 2018, we operate in the Alps, the Pyrenees, on the Mediterranean coast and in Marrakech. In 2022, we became the first European vacation rentals operator to be certified B-Corp, highlighting our committed approach in climate and social responsibility.

We are looking for a person with management and administrative skills to our team in the Vielha office. We seek someone with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.


Responsibilities:

  • Labor management in collaboration with an external agency, handling all documentation related to hiring, terminations, payroll, and other administrative tasks in the labor area.
  • Implementation of the training plan. Administrative management of the annual training (course contracting, management of subsidies through FUNDAE, search for providers, etc.). Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented training initiatives.
  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Time and vacation tracking management.
  • Implementation of onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Acting as a liaison with the external occupational risk prevention (PRL) company, ensuring the correct application of prevention policies.
  • Acting as a liaison with the external consultancy for personnel administration matters.
  • Management and monitoring of the correct use of personnel allocations.
  • Participation in cross-functional HR projects and events.
Key information on the position:
  • Work location: Vielha
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Contract type: permanent
  • Weekly hours: between 20 and 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
About you:
  • Minimum Education: Vocational training. A degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or a Master's in HR is highly valued
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Intermediate to advanced office automation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage virtual environments
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Discretion and ability to work with confidential data are essential
